Do I know myself? Which values guide my actions? Where are my strengths, and what are the areas I want to improve in myself? What makes me happy, what gives me purpose?

Can I put myself in other peoples’ perspective? Am I able to see other individuals for who they are at heart, without judging them for their words, actions, or appearance?
